> Accessibility at Lottoland

We are committed to making our site and apps accessible to as many people as possible. Accessibility is not a one-time task—it’s a continuous effort, and we take it seriously.

Our approach is guided by the four internationally recognised principles of accessibility:

• Perceivable – Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.
• Operable – User interface components and navigation must be usable.
• Understandable – Information and the operation of the interface must be comprehensible.
• Robust – Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

We’ve designed our site/apps to be as simple and intuitive as possible, but we recognise there are still areas for improvement. Not everything is perfect yet—but we’re actively working on it.

Known Limitations

We work with several third-party providers—such as game providers—some of which have their own platforms and content. While we have contacted them regarding their accessibility plans, we may have less control over these areas.
